Why are my measurements inaccurate?

First confirm whether the watch is worn correctly. If not, the APP will not generate data.

When setting, you must accurately fill in the gender, age, height information. These inaccuracies will affect the data.

Why can’t the watch be charged?

The voltage for charging the watch is 4.2-4.7V. Customers generally need to charge at a 5V power supply. After charging for about ten minutes the watch will be turn on.

Why does my watch consume power so quickly?

The speed of power consumption is related to the frequency of use. If you find that the power consumption is fast, please charge it fully (charge for 1 hour after it is fully charged)
