You Will Need

Ingredients:

8 ounces (227 grams) of coconut oil8 ounces (227 grams) of olive oil4 ounces (113 grams) of sweet almond oil4 ounces (113 grams) of lye (sodium hydroxide)10 ounces (283 grams) of water

How To Make

Sweet Almond Oil Soap
Mix lye with water and set aside to cool. Melt coconut oil, olive oil, and sweet almond oil together. Allow both mixtures to cool to around 100-110°F (38-43°C). Slowly add the lye mixture to the oil mixture, stirring continuously. Blend until it thickens to a “trace.” Add optional essential oils. Pour the mixture into soap molds and cover. Allow it to cure for 4-6 weeks, and then unmold and cut to shapes
