Please make sure you’re powering the monitor by the original wall charger we provided in the package.

Does my iPhone work with the monitor by the Apple charging cable?

No, it doesn’t work. If you want to connect the monitor to your iPhone, you will need an Apple Lightning to Digital AV Adapter.

Does this monitor work with my phone/tablet by the original USB-C to USB-C cable?

Only some series of Samsung phones work with the monitor by the original USB-C to USB-C cable we provided. Other phones/tablets will need an HDTV cable or a wireless display adapter to connect to the monitor.
